The Administrative Office  
 
     
  The Administrative Office includes all non-academic staff, where the administration and general affairs have been lunched as a central authority of the faculty.  
     
     
 

The office is responsible to determinate the objectives for the Faculty of Forestry in proceeding its mission, as well as, Kasetsart University obligation. The faculty must be responded by producing persons with bachelor’s degree, researching, maintaining the cultural liberal together with the academic services that given to the society as following:

1. To be an efficiently proceed an administrative work, a general affair, treasury and articles services, and academic services, as being a central authority.

2. To cooperated the works with a planning office and other offices in the faculty. The duties are setting policies, proceeding budget planning, statistical gathering, searching research database, and evaluating the institute as to scheme and develop the faculty.

3. To cooperated and proceeded of undergraduate students registration, collecting database that classifier referring to a subject and curriculum, which had been given by the faculty. The operation of teaching planned and data services to facilitate the students’ activities and to support the various extra curriculum.

4. To cooperated and proceeded the arrangement of services such as books, textbooks, document, journals, printed matter, and other equipments, which concern the library matter to the students, the faculty, personnel, and including outsiders.

The missions

The Secretary of the faculty is a supporting office on teaching and learning activities. In addition, the functions that have mentioned earlier along with the researches and services of academic concern are a University obligation, as well as, the faculty’s mission. All theses responsibilities have been providing for the faculty, students, and outsiders, by an efficiently organised of the Secretary as following;

1. Given the administration services on archiving works, typewriting and document providing, the buildings and vehicles, the quality guarantee planning and policy, and office works.

2. Given the treasury and articles services, administrative monetary and accountancy, restoring works, and welfare.

3. Given the academic services such as; the register list of undergraduate students, the cooperation works, teaching and learning provided, information learning, the application of extra quota for admission, statistical database, providing audiovisual and library matter.

4. Promoted and supported personnel development having the ready minded of given the services. At the same time, improved and developed the skills, which support of learning and professional services.
