Thank you very much for clicking to our website of the Faculty of Forestry. I am pleased to take this opportunity to officially welcome you to learn what we are able to serve you best.
The Faculty of Forestry came a long way to where it is today. It has been through some difficult time in the process, but it survives and is well to serve you and others. Thanks to our most former professors and alumni. Without them the Faculty of Forestry could be struggling still. We are proud to be the only one academic institution in Thailand offering teaching and research in the diverse fields of forest resources you hardly find in the region. At present the Faculty of Forestry offers a total of 4 Bachelor of Science degree curricula, 10 Master of Science degree programs, and 1 doctorate degree program. There are over 80 well-educated faculties, plus 40 supporting staff. I believe with this modest size of faculties, together with other learning and teaching facilities, the Faculty of Forestry can serve well to more than 1,200 current enrolments.
The Faculty of Forestry always advocates to academic excellence but never forget to instill its students with the right and wrong of professional ethics. This is particularly important in the face of forest resource deterioration which needs more of sustainable practices coupled with the right attitudes and ethics on the part of professionals.
I do hope all information on this website is of interest to you. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us at this e-mail address: info.kuff@ku.ac.th
Best Regard,
Wanchai Arunpraparut
Dean of Faculty of Forestry
