Admission to an undergraduate study program is
granted to only those who are graduates of an upper secondary
school or its equivalent, as certified by a duly recognized
examining physician and the Admission Interviewing Committee,
and have satisfied all of the other criteria specified for the
corresponding method of selection. The general methods of selection
are the annual university entrance examination administered
by the Ministry of Education and the annual entrance examination
for quota allocation administered by the university.
Admission to graduate study program requires favorable recommendation
of the academic department concerned and approval of the Graduate
school Executive Committee. The admission procedure is prescribed
by the academic department concerned and may include among others,
a written or oral subject matter proficiency examination, or
both.
Admission of foreign students for any levels is considered case
